District Roundtable Information Location: Crossing Community Church, (click for Google Map) 80 Lower Silver Lake Rd Newtown, PA 18940-3429 Time: Second Wednesday of the month, September to May, 7:30 PM Meeting format: Before the start of the meeting, folders containing information for units are brought out and filled with information on upcoming program. Roundtable starts the Pledge of Allegiance followed by program notes and policy information germane to all units and district participants. After this, the group breaks out into a Cub Scout session and a Boy Scout session. Boy Scout Breakout: Most Boy Scout breakouts will open with a short review of Boy Scout-specific District and Council program and will be followed by a demonstration or presentation on the month's topic followed by open discussion for the remainder of the available time. The Boy Scout Roundtable ends by 9:00 PM.
