Annual Friends of Scouting (FOS) Campaign

The annual Friends of Scouting Campaign (FOS) is important to our local Scouting programs.  Donations are used to support the operations of the Bucks County Council and the Hunterdon Arrowhead District to grow Scouting for youth.  FOS money raised in our council stays here in our council.  The District asks every pack and troop to schedule a date for a Family Friends of Scouting presentation during the months of February, March, or April at an event such as a Pack Blue & Gold or Troop Court of Honor.  The low pressure presentation should not take more than 7-10 minutes.  At the presentation, we are asking our donors to consider making a pledge and payment of $150 or more to support one scout for one year in our new council.

Bucks County Council offers many incentives to our individual donors and to the units for meeting their FOS targets. Please see below for these Thank You rewards. To find out your unit’s progress towards its FOS target, please contact Senior District Executive John Erskine.
