Delivering the Promise

What is Family Camp?

Since 1940 Ockanickon Scout Reservation has been serving the scouts of Bucks County Council with a quality outdoor program. Family Camp Weekends are a unique opportunity to spend some quality time with your Scout son and explore the camp together!

What can I expect at camp?

Ockanickon supplies all the food, the tents, the cots and the program. Our facilities are top notch and we are proud to show it off. Our program staff is dedicated to making this camping experience a great one not only for you but for your entire family.

What should we bring?

1. A Change of Clothes
2. A Bathing Suit and Towel (Adult and Youth Showers are Available)
3. A Sleeping Bag and Pillow, 2 cots per tent
4. An air mattress for comfort, mattresses are not provided.
5. Rain Gear, just in case
6. Any personal items you may need for the weekend, I.e. toothpaste, toothbrush, soap etc…
