All district officers and committee chairs in Playwicki District are asked to attend but the meeting is otherwise open to all Scouters.

District Unit Commissioner Meeting

Time: 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM, first Wednesday of every month (September to May)

District Roundtable Meeting

Time:  Second Wednesday of the month, September to May, 7:30 PM

Meeting format: Before the start of the meeting, folders containing information for units are brought out and filled with information on upcoming program.  Roundtable starts the Pledge of Allegiance followed by program notes and policy information germane to all units and district participants.  After this, the group breaks out into a Cub Scout session and a Boy Scout session.

 All unit leaders in Playwicki District are asked to attend but the meeting is otherwise open to all Scouters.
